Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus. * Proven experience in customer experience management, preferably in a leadership role. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed business decisions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders. * Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a customer-centric mindset. * Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software. * Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Experience with remote work or managing virtual teams is preferred but not required.
