Red McCombs Toyota is looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and customer service driven individuals to fill the position of Business Development Center (BDC) Agents. Responsibilities

• Provide quality follow up to potential customers via phone, email, and text
• Assist customers in an up-beat and friendly manner
• Comprehension of the principles of retail automotive sales
• Emphasis on appointment setting
• Provide customers with basic product information
• Work hand-in-hand with managers and sales team members to facilitate department processes
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
• Maintain department production standards (outbound calls, appointments, etc)
• Help facilitate the relationship between the customer and the sales department staff
• Must have the ability to follow processes and direction
• Uphold the values, ethics, and professionalism expected as a member of the Red McCombs automotive team

• Customer service or telemarketing background preferred, but willing to train the right person
