We are seeking a skilled and motivated Website Developer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team at our Addison, TX corporate headquarters. This role sits at the intersection of technical web development and marketing execution — requiring hands-on coding proficiency, CMS expertise, and a strong understanding of brand standards, digital strategy, and campaign workflows.

Position Summary

The Website Developer & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of Jani-King's corporate and franchise local web presence, while also supporting digital marketing efforts including creative production, email campaigns, and lead generation tools. This role manages multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced corporate environment, reporting to the Director of Marketing.

What success looks like: You bring technical precision and creative execution to every project. You manage competing priorities without missing details, communicate clearly across teams, and take ownership of the digital properties and tools under your care.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development & Maintenance

• Design, Develop & Maintain: Build and maintain Jani-King's corporate websites and franchise local landing pages — ensuring a consistent, high-quality digital presence across all web properties.
• Brand & Standards Alignment: Ensure brand consistency, visual standards, and brand voice alignment across all digital touchpoints.
• Content Updates & Enhancements: Implement website updates, content changes, and feature enhancements accurately and on schedule.
• CMS Administration: Manage content management system (CMS) platforms and custom web applications.
• Performance & Accessibility: Optimize websites for performance, accessibility (WCAG compliance), SEO best practices, cross-browser compatibility, and full mobile responsiveness.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot website issues and provide ongoing technical support to internal teams.

Marketing & Campaign Support

• Landing Pages: Build and maintain landing pages to support marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
• Campaign Collaboration: Partner with Marketing on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and franchise recruitment efforts.
• Digital Creative: Develop digital promotions including display banners, digital ads, and branded graphic assets.
• Email Marketing: Support email marketing efforts including content layout, visual design, and deployment of email communications.

Platform & Tools Management

• HubSpot Administration: Administer and support HubSpot for CRM integration, landing page management, and campaign tracking.
• CallRail Management: Manage CallRail — including generating tracking numbers, configuring call workflows, and coordinating with field representatives and IT on issues and troubleshooting.
• ZoomInfo Data Integrity: Maintain ZoomInfo data integrity; identify and contact Regional Directors to resolve duplicate or conflicting records and posts.
• Newsletter Support: Support network-wide newsletter communications, including technology tips and platform update announcements.

Creative & Media Production

• Video Production: Produce and edit video content for digital advertising and internal communications.
• Photo & Video Shoots: Support photo and video shoots for advertising campaigns and promotional materials.
• Graphic Assets: Create graphic assets for social media, digital banners, TV and streaming ads, and print collateral.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Education

• 4–6 years of experience in web development and/or digital marketing; a combination of both is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with HubSpot CMS, WordPress, or similar content management platforms
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, CallRail, and/or ZoomInfo preferred
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent design and video editing tools

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of SEO principles, web performance optimization, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively across Marketing, Operations, and IT
• Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

This is an on-site role based at our corporate headquarters in Addison, TX. You'll work in a professional, fast-paced marketing environment with high expectations for creativity, accuracy, and responsiveness. The role involves regular access to brand assets, proprietary systems, and marketing data — strict confidentiality and professional discretion are required at all times.

The employee will work closely with the Marketing team as well as cross-functional partners in Operations, IT, Sales, and Franchise Development. The role involves primarily computer-based work with standard office activities; occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
