Although this position is based in Dallas, Texas, we have a hybrid work environment and support flexible and full-time remote US-based team members. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. This role will report to the Account Management Leader.

About the Account Manager Position

Beck Technology is looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to be the face of Beck Tech with our customers. This position will need to manage multiple priorities across the business including managing, renewing, and expanding the partnerships we have with our existing customer base. A successful Account Manager will take the initiative to proactively build relationships with our customers. They will enthusiastically learn our customer's business and look for new opportunities to expand their investment and partnership with Beck Technology. They will work cross-departmentally to help solve a variety of customer challenges to live up to the Beck Technology commitment to partnership.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Must seek to develop genuine, long-term relationships across their customer portfolio
  • Must value and consistently demonstrate integrity and honesty in all situations
  • Must proactively identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes, commercial performance, and internal processes
  • Must understand how to assess complex business opportunities, read prospective buyers, and develop compelling, customer-specific strategies
  • Must have strong C-suite communication experience and executive presence
  • Must have demonstrated 2+ years of relevant Account Management or Customer Success experience in a commercial, revenue-carrying role
  • Must incorporate empirical data and structured frameworks when making decisions
  • Must understand the importance of MEDDICC and apply it rigorously to pipeline, renewals, and expansions
  • Must have the ability to forecast accurately on a monthly basis and take ownership of revenue outcomes
  • Must maintain a strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Must be a disciplined self-starter who takes ownership of learning, problem-solving, and execution—able to follow established processes while independently researching, forming hypotheses, and creatively solving customer challenges. This role is not suited for individuals who require frequent hand-holding or constant direction.

  • View account management as primarily reactive support or relationship maintenance
  • Avoid difficult conversations around value, renewals, or commercial accountability
  • Are uncomfortable owning outcomes, including missed targets or difficult customer situations

30-60-90 Day Goals

Within 30 Days

  • Develop a working knowledge of Beck Technology’s products, value propositions, customer segments, and competitive landscape
  • Learn Beck’s account management and forecasting processes, including MEDDICC expectations
  • Review assigned accounts to understand current usage, contract terms, renewal timelines, and expansion potential
  • Begin building internal relationships across Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, Support, and Leadership

Within 60 Days

  • Take ownership of assigned accounts, including customer communication, renewal planning, and opportunity identification
  • Lead customer conversations with minimal supervision, including discovery, value alignment, and executive-level discussions
  • Accurately forecast assigned accounts and identify at-risk and expansion opportunities
  • Proactively identify at least one opportunity per account

Within 90 Days

  • Manage renewals, expansions, and Quarterly Business Reviews across your account portfolio
  • Consistently apply MEDDICC to account strategy and forecasting
  • Demonstrate ownership of revenue outcomes, customer health, and internal coordination
  • Be viewed by customers as a trusted commercial partner—not a reactive support resource
