Sound A Sleep Lab is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Sleep Physician (MD or DO) to join our established and growing sleep medicine practice. This position is based in Saginaw, Michigan, with occasional travel to our affiliated locations in Bay City, Midland, and Mt. Pleasant.

About Sound A Sleep LabAt Sound A Sleep Lab, we are committed to providing comprehensive sleep medicine services through advanced diagnostic testing, evidence-based treatment plans, and ongoing patient support. Our experienced team works closely with patients to identify and manage sleep disorders while promoting long-term health and wellness.
What You'll DoAs a Sleep Physician, you will:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of sleep disorders including obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy, restless leg syndrome, and other sleep-related conditions
- Review and interpret sleep studies, including polysomnography and home sleep testing results
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based clinical guidelines
- Prescribe and manage therapies and medications as clinically appropriate
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Support CPAP therapy adherence and optimize treatment outcomes
- Provide patient education regarding sleep disorders, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with clinical staff, sleep technologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care while fostering positive patient experiences
- MD or DO from an accredited U.S. medical school
- Active, unrestricted Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Sleep Medicine or an applicable specialty
- Active, unrestricted DEA registration
- Current hospital privileges or eligibility for credentialing
- Strong communication, patient engagement, and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to evidence-based medicine and high-quality patient care
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative clinical environment
- Board Certification in Sleep Medicine
- Previous experience practicing sleep medicine
- Experience interpreting sleep studies and managing CPAP therapy
- Leadership or physician management experience
- Knowledge of current sleep medicine technologies and treatment modalities
- Primarily onsite patient care in Saginaw, Michigan
- Travel to Bay City, Midland, and Mt. Pleasant locations as needed
