Lab Support Tech 1 Bi-Lingual at Milford Regional Medical Center – Milford, Massachusetts

Statement of Purpose:
Cordially greets and receives patients, ascertains their needs and appropriately directs patients. Has command of computer, uses telephone courteously and performs clerical duties. Performs phlebotomy procedures, including blood cultures, EKG procedures, Breath Test, MRSA and COVID swabbing.
EMK patients require a phlebotomist who can speak Portuguese.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Phlebotomy training required.

Certification/License: Valid Driver’s license. ASCP or eligible

Experience:
Ability to communicate fluently in Portuguese and English Required.
Computer/Keyboard experience helpful.
Phlebotomy experience preferred.
