This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Account Executive - Enterprise based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to help build and scale an enterprise sales motion in the US market from the ground up.
You will own a strategic territory focused on organizations with 1,000–5,000+ employees and drive complex deals from initial prospecting through close.
You will engage directly with C-level executives and senior leaders across HR, IT, and Communications, acting as a trusted strategic advisor throughout the buying process.
The position combines new business development, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration across the entire customer journey.
You will have significant influence over sales strategy, messaging, processes, and the development of a repeatable US go-to-market motion.
Working closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and senior leadership, you will help establish a strong foundation for long-term enterprise growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for a high-performing SaaS sales professional who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and enjoys winning new logos.

Accountabilities:

The Account Executive will own an enterprise territory and be responsible for developing a high-impact pipeline, managing strategic opportunities, and closing new business while helping shape the broader US sales motion.

  • Identify, prospect, and win strategic enterprise accounts within the 1,000–5,000+ employee segment.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, account research, relationship development, and other new business strategies.
  • Own complex enterprise sales cycles from first engagement through negotiation and close.
  • Engage and build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders across HR, IT, Communications, and other functions.
  • Navigate complex buying centers and align multiple stakeholders around a compelling business case.
  • Act as a strategic advisor by understanding customer challenges and translating platform capabilities into relevant business outcomes.
  • Develop tailored sales strategies and value propositions based on customer needs, organizational priorities, and ideal customer profiles.
  • Apply structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC to qualify, manage, forecast, and advance opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to orchestrate a coordinated buyer journey.
  • Contribute insights that improve sales messaging, processes, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Help establish scalable enterprise sales processes and best practices for the growing US business.
  • Represent the organization professionally at customer meetings, industry events, team gatherings, and other strategic engagements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a proven B2B SaaS new-business seller with strong enterprise experience, executive presence, and the drive to build a market from an early stage.

  • 4–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a focus on Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
  • Proven success selling to organizations with approximately 1,000–5,000+ employees.
  • Strong track record of consistently winning new logos and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a true hunter with a strong passion for new business development.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying processes involving HR, IT, Communications, and C-level executives.
  • Strong understanding of strategic and consultative enterprise selling.
  • Experience using MEDDPICC or a similar structured sales methodology.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles in a disciplined, strategic, and data-driven manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence communicating at the executive level.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and business-development skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable operating in an environment with limited inherited processes and significant individual ownership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for helping build a new market and scalable sales motion.
  • Willingness to travel for key customer meetings, QBRs, team events, and other important business engagements.

Benefits:

  • Estimated annual salary of $245,000–$270,000.
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility to work from home.
  • 401(k) plan with a dollar-for-dollar company match of up to 3% of salary.
  • 75–90% employer contribution toward basic medical and dental coverage.
  • Company-funded basic disability coverage.
  • 20 days of paid vacation plus company-observed holidays.
  • Access to advanced AI tools as a standard part of the working environment.
  • Direct access to leadership and short decision-making paths.
  • Significant opportunity to shape the US enterprise sales strategy and go-to-market motion.
  • Company-wide in-person gatherings twice per year.
  • Collaborative environment with close interaction across Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and leadership teams.
