  • Lead, mentor, and develop project team members while supporting training, staffing recommendations, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver project reports for senior management, including revenue forecasts, staffing information, project status, and performance updates.
  • Maintain accurate departmental documentation, including invoices, credits, timecards, expense reports, PTO/UTO schedules, customer invoicing requests, and schedules of values.
  • Travel extensively to support project execution, with travel expected to be approximately 80% of the time.

Requirements:

  • CAPM or PMP certification, or active pursuit of one of these certifications.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and related project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, customer service capabilities, and professional interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly when managing project risks, schedule challenges, scope changes, and operational issues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and customer information and follow established policies, procedures, and management direction.
  • Ability to accurately complete timekeeping, project reporting, administrative documentation, and other required records.
