This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager, Business Enablement based in United States.
This leadership role is responsible for strengthening operational performance through effective planning, process improvement, and business enablement. You will lead a team while partnering across functions to streamline workflows, develop practical tools, and improve organizational efficiency. The position combines people leadership with business analysis, performance management, and strategic execution. You will use data and KPIs to identify opportunities, support planning and forecasting, and guide informed decision-making. The role also requires ensuring processes align with applicable regulations, internal policies, and organizational standards. This is a mostly remote position with occasional on-site travel approximately once per quarter for team meetings, training, and business-related events.
- Lead and manage the Business Enablement team, establishing priorities, organizing work, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and inclusive team culture.
- Develop and execute operational plans that support broader business strategies, while evaluating results and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives designed to streamline operations, strengthen workflows, and improve business processes.
- Develop, implement, and enhance tools, workflows, and systems that increase organizational efficiency and support effective execution.
- Analyze operational and business performance data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Identify operational gaps, recommend process improvements, and help ensure business processes align with applicable regulations and internal policies.
- Manage talent and performance activities, including setting expectations, developing performance goals, providing timely feedback, coaching employees, and supporting professional development.
- Support employees in addressing and resolving workplace conflicts while promoting transparency, communication, and effective collaboration.
- Promote organizational values and expectations, including fairness, integrity, security, honesty, responsible gambling, diversity and inclusion, and a culture of safety.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of progressively responsible experience in operations, business analysis, program management, process optimization, or a related field, plus three years of supervisory or management experience; OR eight years of relevant progressive experience plus three years of supervisory or management experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing performance, and developing employees toward individual and organizational goals.
- Strong understanding of operational planning, process improvement, business performance analysis, and cross-functional program execution.
- Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, interpret business performance, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across functions.
- Ability to build an engaging, inclusive, and transparent team environment while providing constructive feedback, coaching, and support.
