Kyocera AVX Assembly Operator in Fountain Inn, South Carolina at Human Technologies, Inc

HTI is hiring Assembly Operators for Kyocera AVX in Fountain Inn, SC. These are temp-to-hire manufacturing roles with consistent schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for overtime.

As an Assembly Operator, you will:

• Follow all safety rules based on Job Safety Analysis (JSA) studies within your assigned area
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely; make needed adjustments per site SOPs and JSAs
• Operate basic production and assembly equipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean work area
• Complete other duties as assigned

1st Shift

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

2nd Shift

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

3rd Shift

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Weekend Days

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekend Nights

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and stable work history
• Must be able to understand and respond to visual/audible notifications unless otherwise stated by the client
