Client Concierge Coordinator

The Client Concierge Coordinator supports a seamless onboarding experience for new industrial clients across NorthPoint Development’s portfolio. This role coordinates onboarding documentation, client communications, municipal requirements, utility and property information, and client records. Working closely with Development, Property Management, and other internal partners, the coordinator helps ensure each client receives accurate information, timely support, and a consistent concierge-level experience from lease execution through occupancy.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate onboarding documentation and information for new industrial clients, ensuring materials are accurate.
  • Research and document municipal business-license, occupancy, and signage-permitting requirements applicable to client locations.
  • Develop and maintain regional directories of utility contacts, service providers, municipal resources, and other onboarding partners.
  • Partner with Development and Property Management teams to provide clients with accurate utility, access, property, and occupancy information.
  • Assist in scheduling, materials, notes, and follow-up items for client onboarding, commencement, and transition calls.
  • Administer client surveys for new clients, acquisitions, and annual relationship reviews, including distribution and tracking.
  • Maintain accurate client contacts, property information, activities, and onboarding milestones in Salesforce, Yardi, and Monday.com.
  • Monitor onboarding items and proactively follow up with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Deliver responsive, professional, concierge-level service throughout the onboarding process.
  • Support client relations reporting, process improvements, portfolio initiatives, and special projects as assigned.

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years customer service experience required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trust and maintain productive relationships with clients, service providers, municipalities, brokers and internal partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present detailed property and onboarding information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, documents, and follow-up items simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Development, Property Management, and other departments.
  • Commitment to providing timely, responsive, and professional service.
  • Understanding of commercial real estate and property management functions.
