This role sits at the intersection of oncology expertise, enterprise customer engagement, and product strategy within a highly specialized life sciences environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to top-tier pharmaceutical, biotech, and research organizations, helping them extract maximum value from an advanced oncology intelligence platform. The position requires deep scientific credibility combined with strong consultative and commercial skills, as you will lead high-impact conversations, tailor platform demonstrations, and uncover complex customer needs. You will also play a key role in translating scientific and market insights into actionable feedback for product and AI teams, directly influencing platform evolution. Operating in a fully remote, globally distributed setup, you will engage with senior stakeholders across US business hours. This is a highly visible, strategic role with direct impact on both customer success and product direction in the oncology intelligence space.
- Lead high-touch, consultative engagements with enterprise clients in pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences organizations focused on oncology intelligence needs.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with customer workflows, scientific priorities, and competitive intelligence requirements.
- Identify and develop customer use cases by uncovering needs that may not yet be clearly articulated, translating them into actionable solutions.
- Serve as a strategic bridge between customers and internal AI, product, and engineering teams, ensuring customer insights shape roadmap priorities.
- Support enterprise growth initiatives by contributing to solution design, expansion opportunities, and late-stage commercial discussions.
- Collaborate with commercial teams on pre-sales activities, proposal development, and stakeholder alignment to support deal progression.
- Maintain strong awareness of the oncology landscape, including clinical trials, regulatory developments, and scientific advancements.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience in oncology or life sciences, combined with a consultative mindset and the ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders. You are comfortable operating independently in a remote, contractor-based environment and can confidently translate complex scientific concepts into clear, actionable insights for customers and internal teams.
- Proven hands-on experience in oncology, pharma, or life sciences (e.g., clinical research, medical affairs, scientific consulting, or oncology-focused roles).
- Strong preference for experience in pharmaceutical competitive intelligence, medical science liaison roles, or scientific consulting within oncology.
- Ability to engage credibly with PhD-level scientists, clinicians, and medical affairs professionals in complex discussions.
- Strong consultative communication skills in English, with fluency in both written and spoken business communication.
- Comfort working with SaaS platforms and translating scientific workflows into digital solutions.
- Experience supporting enterprise customers and contributing to commercial expansion in B2B environments.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, globally distributed team aligned with US business hours.
- Background in life sciences, biomedical sciences, oncology, or related disciplines (advanced degrees are a plus).
