About Imagen
Imagen Technologies is building the AI-enabled teleradiology practice of the future. We operate the first vertically integrated medical practice and AI development platform focused on reducing diagnostic error and giving radiologists superpowers through industry-leading AI solutions developed in-house. With over $200 million in funding from investors such as Google Ventures and some of the largest clinical networks in the country, we are rapidly expanding this platform across the U.S.—from 22 states and 2.7 million patients in 2025 to more than 35 states and over 5 million patients annually by 2027. We are the fastest-growing teleradiology group in the U.S., and by the end of this year, we will have the fifth-largest practice in the country.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Workflow Operations Manager to own the successful operational execution of imaging deployments across new and existing customer sites, including primary care practices, subspecialty groups, and hospital systems.
In this role, you serve as the architect of workflow execution—responsible for ensuring workflows, data flows, and operational processes are clearly defined, validated, and successfully translated into day-to-day clinical operations. You act as the workflow integrator across Clinical Systems, Integrations, Engineering, and customer teams, ensuring alignment, readiness, and seamless execution from deployment through post-Go-Live stabilization.
You own workflow integrity, adoption, and performance—ensuring what is designed is executable, scalable, and continuously improved.

Responsibilities:
  • Workflow Ownership & Operational Integration
    • Own the definition, validation, and operationalization of workflows across deployments and post-Go-Live environments
    • Serve as the connective layer across clinical, technical, and operational teams to ensure workflows translate into effective execution
    • Lead workflow validation, testing, and customer signoff
    • Coordinate training and ensure frontline readiness (especially technologists and clinical staff)
    • Identify and escalate workflow risks that may impact Go-Live success or imaging performance
  • Post-Go-Live Stabilization & Optimization
    • Monitor performance trends and drive root cause analysis
    • Implement early-stage improvements to stabilize and optimize operations
  • Standardization & Continuous Improvement
    • Capture lessons learned and translate into playbooks, SOPs, and scalable processes
    • Drive consistency across customer environments while adapting to site-specific needs

Qualifications:
  • Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects; healthcare experience, particularly within radiology or clinical operations
    • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, cross-functional initiatives
    • Strong understanding of workflow design, process improvement, and operational execution
    • Experience working across technical and non-technical teams
    • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption without direct authority
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in radiology, imaging workflows, or clinical applications (PACS, RIS, EMR)
    • Exposure to healthcare data flows (HL7, DICOM, integrations)
    • Experience supporting hospital systems or multi-site healthcare environments
    • Background in workflow optimization, automation, or process standardization
