Full-Time | $25/hour + Benefits
Primary Location: Washington | Union | Sullivan, MO (Single Site Assignment)
ABiLITY is seeking a Degreed Residential Manager to lead a team supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a 24-hour residential setting. In this role, you will have primary responsibility for one residential location, allowing you to build strong relationships with your team and the individuals you support.

What You’ll Do- Supervise, coach, and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)Oversee day-to-day operations within your assigned residential homeEnsure health, safety, and quality of careCoordinate medical appointments, follow-ups, and documentationMaintain accurate records Foster a respectful, person-centered environment
- Primarily Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMEvening or weekend support as neededOn-call rotation approximately every 4–5 weeks (with additional stipend)Assigned to one primary location Hybrid flexibility available for administrative tasks, when appropriate
- Starting pay: $25.00/hourOn-call stipend providedMileage reimbursement at the federal rate for work-related travel (when applicable)Full-time benefits available after 60 days:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Insurance$25,000 employer-paid Life/AD&D401(k) with employer matchPTO accrual starting day onePaid holidaysEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
OR equivalent experience (5+ years in human services)Leadership or supervisory experience preferredExperience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is a plusValid driver’s license
