Accountabilities:
  • Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and alignment sessions to prioritize initiatives based on business value and technical feasibility.
  • Analyze operational workflows, systems, and performance data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Design and refine business processes, workflows, and operational performance metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, project teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
  • Support implementation planning, deployment coordination, and solution evaluation across multiple internal departments and external vendors.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to provide updates, recommendations, and actionable insights.
  • Ensure delivered solutions align with operational goals and generate measurable business value.
  • Contribute to organizational change initiatives and support process optimization efforts across departments.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, operational improvement, or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
  • Experience with process modeling, workflow optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as CRM systems, ticketing solutions, or case management tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; French proficiency is considered an asset.
  • Experience in change management and business analysis certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are considered strong assets.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from CAD $81,000 to $116,000.
  • Flexible hybrid work model with adaptable on-site presence.
  • Comprehensive and customizable benefits plan.
  • Flexible savings fund options and home internet allowance.
  • Generous vacation policy that recognizes prior professional experience.
  • Additional paid time off, including holidays and mobile days.
  • Career growth opportunities with continuous learning and development support.
  • Access to modern technology, tools, and collaborative work environments.
  • Inclusive, diverse, and people-focused company culture.
  • Regular team activities and community-building events throughout the year.
