This role sits at the intersection of strategy consulting, advanced analytics, and life sciences commercialization, supporting pharmaceutical clients in transforming complex data into actionable commercial decisions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them optimize brand strategy, refine targeting approaches, and accelerate therapy adoption in highly competitive markets. Working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, you will translate ambiguous business challenges into structured, hypothesis-driven analyses. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on analytical execution, leveraging real-world data and AI-enabled insights. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and client leaders to shape go-to-market strategies and improve commercial effectiveness. This is a high-impact position where your insights directly influence patient access to therapies and commercial success in life sciences.
AccountabilitiesYou will lead strategic client engagements and deliver insight-driven recommendations that shape commercial decision-making, including:
- Acting as a strategic advisor to life sciences clients, translating business challenges into structured analytical frameworks
- Leading hypothesis-driven analyses across market sizing, segmentation, brand performance, and commercial effectiveness
- Designing and delivering insights from healthcare data, prescribing datasets, and market research sources
- Supporting launch planning, pipeline strategy, and go-to-market execution through data-driven recommendations
- Developing and presenting executive-level deliverables, including QBRs, strategic roadmaps, and performance insights
- Assessing client data maturity and designing tailored analytical approaches and solution frameworks
- Driving stakeholder alignment across commercial, analytics, and leadership teams
- Managing end-to-end project delivery, including timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination
- Supporting adoption of AI-driven and data-enabled commercial tools within client organizations
You bring strong consulting and analytical experience within life sciences or healthcare environments, combined with commercial and strategic acumen, including:
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or analytics roles within life sciences, pharma, or healthcare
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial functions such as brand strategy, launch planning, or market access
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
- Experience working with prescribing datasets (e.g., NBRx, TRx, NRx) and healthcare market data
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel and familiarity with visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and executive stakeholders
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder client engagements with autonomy and accountability
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, life sciences, engineering, or related field
- Exposure to AI-driven analytics or digital commercial platforms is a strong asset
