- Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to gather requirements, define business needs, and identify solution paths aligned with strategic priorities.
- Document, validate, and manage business and functional requirements while ensuring clarity and traceability throughout project lifecycles.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to align on goals, priorities, and value-driven outcomes.
- Analyze workflows, systems, and performance data to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and refine business processes, operational workflows, and performance metrics to support continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Support solution evaluation, implementation planning, and coordination of deployments across internal and external teams when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis within complex or enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and business process modeling.
- Experience working with CRM, ticketing, or case management platforms in enterprise settings.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken; French is considered an asset.
- Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Business analysis certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are considered an asset.
- Experience in change management is an advantage.
