POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Inadev is seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter to help drive our continued growth by sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top technical talent for Federal, State, Local Government, and Commercial programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at aligning candidate experience with complex technical and business requirements while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Will be responsible for full life cycle sourcing/recruiting and execution of a full requisition load supporting multiple internal programs and external customers/clients
- Collaborate/consult with hiring managers to understand, guide and help write detailed and compelling job descriptions, determine effective screening questions, develop interview scorecards, and post requisitions
- Continuously source and recruit candidates to attract, build and maintain an active pipeline of candidates with frequently required skillsets.
- Source & review candidate profiles and resumes utilizing online your professional network, applicant tracking system (ATS), job portals, social media and attending career events (in-person/virtual).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (e.g., Paylocity or similar), including candidate status tracking/dispositioning and provide routine periodic reports to the account manager/executives.
- Consult with prospective candidates to determine matches against qualifications/company culture, what drives/motivates them and guide them through the interview and hiring process.
- Negotiate offers, initiate background & reference checks, prepare offer letters, and follows up to ensure success in closing candidates.
- Build strategic candidate pipelines and build talent pools for unfunded and prospective openings
- Offer recommendations, guidance and direction for strategic hiring, market intelligence, hiring mechanics, hiring compliance.
- Participate in weekly Talent Acquisition meetings with hiring manager, program and executive leadership.
- Perform other recruitment support duties as assigned.

Requirements:NON-TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be located in the Northern Virginia/DC/MD area willing to attend meetings in Reston, VA as required.
- Ability to pass a 7-year background check.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Must be able to prioritize and self-start.
- Must be adaptable/flexible as priorities shift.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, human resources, or a similar path. 4 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for Bachelor's degree.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting technical/professional candidates to include: Software/Application Developers, DevOps Engineers, QA/Test Engineers, Business Analysts, Program./Project Managers etc.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience sourcing/recruiting candidates via professional network, applicant tracking system (ATS), job portals, social media and attending career events (in-person/virtual).
- Must have experience recruiting/staffing Federal Government (civil/DoD) requirements.
- Must have experience working for a Staffing Agency or experience working high volume/quick turn programs and requirements.
- Must be organized and possess great attention to detail, strong time management abilities and the ability to be proactive vs reactive
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Must possess the proven ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and be able to work quickly combined with the ability to multitask and smoothly change direction.
- Exposure to compliance requirements such as OFCCP, EEO, or E-Verify.
