JOB DESCRIPTION: AGS Company Automotive Solutions is seeking a Production Associate to join our Operations team. The Production Associate is responsible for operating equipment, assembling and kitting components, packaging finished products, and ensuring production lines run smoothly. This role plays a key part in meeting customer needs, maintaining quality, and supporting team success.

Schedule: Sunday to Friday, 9:00pm to 5:30am

Compensation: $18-$20hr

Shift Premium: 13%

Responsibilities

Production & Operations

· Perform repetitive and non-repetitive production tasks such as assembly, kitting, filling, and packing on production lines.

· Operate machines and equipment safely, monitoring performance to ensure efficiency and quality.

· Prepare products and shipments by boxing, labeling, and packaging finished goods.

· Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.

Safety & Compliance

· Safely operate forklifts and other equipment to move and store materials.

· Follow all company rules related to attendance, safety, quality, and conduct.

· Adhere to hazardous material handling and PPE requirements.

· Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.

Continuous Improvement & Support

· Understand and apply continuous improvement principles.

· Use production software and follow standard work processes as required.

· Assist team members and fill in as needed across production areas to meet customer demand.

· Train new or less experienced team members on processes and equipment.

Culture & Collaboration

· Model AGS values in day-to-day interactions and decision making.

· Work closely with production, quality, and leadership teams to maintain a smooth production flow.

· Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe workspace through 6S practices.

· Share knowledge and collaborate across teams to support a culture of learning and growth

· Participate in team building, training, and company-wide initiatives to strengthen engagement and performance

· Promote a culture of open communication, continuous learning, and shared responsibility for quality.

Qualifications

· Ability to stand for long periods of time.

· Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Continuous attention to detail to monitor machines and product quality.

· Ability to make repetitive or semi-repetitive equipment adjustments requiring dexterity.
