This fully remote contract role provides virtual coaching support to K-12 students and school staff across the United States.
You will conduct structured, short-term coaching sessions focused on practical skills, personal development, and everyday challenges.
The role centers on helping clients identify achievable goals and develop strategies to make meaningful progress.
You will work independently while using virtual technology to connect with clients across multiple time zones.
The position offers significant flexibility, allowing you to manage your schedule while providing consistent, reliable support.
It is well suited to professionals with backgrounds in coaching, youth development, psychology, education, counseling, or human services.
The role also provides an opportunity to contribute to accessible virtual wellbeing services for students and school communities.
Conduct weekly 45-minute virtual coaching sessions with assigned clients.
Provide short-term, skill-based coaching focused on situational, developmental, and performance-related concerns.
Help clients identify practical goals and develop specific skills to address everyday challenges.
Support clients in overcoming areas where they may feel stuck and encourage measurable progress toward agreed objectives.
Deliver consistent, professional coaching services through virtual platforms while maintaining appropriate boundaries and confidentiality.
Manage scheduling and virtual-session requirements effectively across different time zones.
Use available technology and coaching tools to facilitate reliable and engaging remote sessions.
Coaching certification is required.
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, human services, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience providing coaching, mentoring, youth development, or similar support services to K-12 students.
Ability to confidently navigate technology, including account creation and telehealth or virtual coaching platforms.
Reliable laptop or desktop computer and stable internet connection suitable for ongoing virtual sessions.
Professional liability and bodily injury insurance coverage must be obtained before beginning services, with the contracting organization listed as an additional insured.
Strong communication, interpersonal, listening, and coaching skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent schedule while supporting clients remotely.
Bilingual capabilities are preferred.
Previous experience delivering coaching services virtually is preferred.
100% remote work from anywhere within the United States.
