As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers and serve as a trusted advisor throughout their customer journey. You will build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical decision-makers while helping customers achieve measurable business outcomes. The role combines strategic account management, customer adoption, value realization, retention, and growth opportunities. You will lead success planning, executive business reviews, and outcome-focused engagements tailored to each customer's priorities. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Renewals, and Partner teams, you will orchestrate complex initiatives and drive successful outcomes. This is an opportunity to take a consultative approach with high-value customers while contributing directly to long-term partnerships and business growth.
- Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers and act as the primary Customer Success contact throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and value-focused customer experience.
- Lead customer success planning by aligning business objectives, stakeholders, risks, milestones, adoption priorities, and measurable outcomes across assigned accounts.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, Business Decision Makers, and Technical Decision Makers, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor to customer organizations.
- Develop and execute customer-specific adoption and success plans that increase product adoption, demonstrate business value, and support long-term retention.
- Identify and support expansion, renewal, and account growth opportunities that align with customer priorities and measurable business objectives.
- Partner closely with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Renewals, Partner teams, and other internal stakeholders to coordinate initiatives and deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning discussions while maintaining accurate customer health, engagement, business value, and account planning information in Customer Success platforms and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise or strategic customer relationships within a SaaS, technology, or business applications environment.
- Proven experience leading conversations with executive stakeholders and developing relationships across multiple levels of complex customer organizations.
- Track record of driving customer adoption, retention, value realization, or measurable business outcomes, with the ability to connect business objectives to technology solutions.
- Experience identifying account growth, expansion, renewal, or customer development opportunities and partnering with commercial teams to support them.
- Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, particularly when managing complex initiatives involving multiple teams and priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and act as an orchestrator between internal stakeholders and customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, combined with strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills.
- Estimated annual base salary of CAD 120,700–158,400, with actual compensation determined based on qualifications and market data.
