Accountabilities
  • Provide remote functional support for assigned Oracle HCM Cloud modules across client production and non-production environments.
  • Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve customer support tickets accurately and within expected timelines.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ticket activity, configuration changes, and support documentation.
  • Communicate project and ticket status clearly to clients and internal stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively while working independently in a fully remote environment.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, consulting, HRIS, application support, or a related environment.
  • Foundational functional experience in at least one major Oracle HCM workstream, such as Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, or Incentive Compensation.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, HR systems, and how technology supports core human resources operations.
  • Experience troubleshooting application issues and working through structured support or ticket-resolution processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain functional concepts clearly to clients and end users.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and a commitment to providing responsive, accurate, and professional support.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify patterns, and determine appropriate solutions or escalation paths.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States and able to provide proof of employment eligibility upon hire.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to the United States periodically for business meetings or client engagements, with travel expected to be up to 5% as needed.
