Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will play a vital part in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across diverse patient populations. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing functions.

- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

- Provide therapy sessions to improve communication skills and swallowing functions.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, treatment progress, and clinical notes.

- Stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology practices and incorporate evidence-based techniques.

- Educate patients and their families about communication strategies and home exercises.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

- Proven experience in evaluating and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing high-quality care.

- Knowledge of current clinical practices and evidence-based treatment methods.
