Job Description

Revenue Events & Enablement Sr. Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Events & Enablement Sr. Manager based in Brazil.

This is a high-impact, strategic role at the heart of global revenue operations and go-to-market excellence, where you will lead the design and execution of the company’s most important commercial moments. You will own large-scale revenue events that bring together global teams, leadership, and stakeholders across the organization. The role combines end-to-end ownership of complex event lifecycles with hands-on execution, precision planning, and stakeholder management at executive level. You will be responsible for ensuring every detail—from budgeting and logistics to content and experience design—is flawlessly executed. Beyond flagship events, you will also support broader revenue and corporate events that align teams and drive performance. This is a highly autonomous position requiring strong operational rigor, creativity, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, global environments. Your work will directly influence engagement, alignment, and execution across revenue teams worldwide.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and lead the end-to-end execution of the global Revenue Kick-Off (RKO), including multi-quarter planning, budgeting, production, delivery, and post-event analysis
  • Manage all phases of complex, large-scale event cycles, ensuring seamless coordination from early scoping through execution and wrap-up
  • Oversee logistics for global, hybrid, and remote event experiences, ensuring consistency and high-quality delivery across formats
  • Act as the central point of coordination for stakeholders, driving alignment across leadership, revenue teams, vendors, and external partners
  • Ensure strict attention to detail across all event components, including agenda design, content flow, production, and participant experience
  • Support additional revenue and corporate events such as QBRs, town halls, and leadership meetings with execution expertise
  • Continuously improve event processes, leveraging learnings, feedback, and best practices to increase efficiency and impact over time
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging, storytelling, and enablement moments are aligned with business priorities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing large-scale corporate events (500+ participants), including hybrid and fully remote formats
  • Strong background in end-to-end event lifecycle management, from budgeting and planning to execution and post-event analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex, multi-quarter projects with minimal supervision
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong operational discipline in managing vendors, logistics, and production elements
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders, including executives (VP level and above), with strong communication and presence
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, global environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced or fluent English proficiency (mandatory)
Benefits:
  • Fully remote or flexible-first work model within Brazil
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market standards
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance coverage
  • Free access to wellness platform with fitness, mindfulness, nutrition, and mental health resources
  • Emotional wellbeing program including therapy sessions and personalized support journeys
  • Flexible working hours designed to support work-life balance and autonomy
  • Paid time off, including vacation days, additional annual leave, and birthday day off
  • Paid parental leave with extended support and ramp-back flexibility for new parents
  • Home office support and reimbursement for remote work setup
  • Career development programs, learning platforms, and internal mobility opportunities
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on wellbeing, ownership, and continuous growth.
