This is a highly strategic and hands-on product leadership role focused on shaping the next generation of Content Management capabilities within a global commerce platform. You will operate at the intersection of content, commerce, AI, and developer experience, defining how brands create, manage, and deliver digital experiences at scale. The role goes beyond traditional product management, requiring a builder mindset where rapid prototyping, AI-assisted development, and experimentation are core to day-to-day work. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customers to transform complex content operations into intuitive, high-performance solutions. This is an opportunity to influence a critical product area that directly impacts digital experience creation for enterprise customers worldwide. The environment is fast-paced, innovation-driven, and deeply focused on leveraging AI to accelerate product discovery and execution.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the Content Management System (CMS) within a global commerce platform.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities where AI can enhance content creation, personalization, governance, collaboration, and delivery workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to build scalable, enterprise-grade content management experiences.
  • Rapidly validate product ideas through prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and iterative experimentation using modern AI tools and workflows.
  • Leverage AI-native development practices (e.g., LLM tools, agents, and AI-assisted coding environments) to accelerate discovery and solution validation.
  • Engage with customers to deeply understand content operations, publishing workflows, developer needs, and business challenges.
  • Drive product decisions using a combination of customer insights, data analysis, market research, and experimentation.
  • Collaborate across platform teams to ensure seamless integration between CMS, storefront, search, merchandising, and commerce services.
  • Define and track success metrics to measure adoption, performance, and business impact of CMS capabilities.
  • Contribute to broader platform strategy by influencing product direction across multiple teams.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in product management for complex software products, ideally in CMS, developer platforms, AI, or enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Strong ability to define product vision and execute across strategy, discovery, and delivery in fast-paced environments.
  • Hands-on, builder-oriented mindset with experience creating prototypes, workflows, or technical proofs of concept.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including large language models, agents, tool calling, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and AI-driven workflows.
  • Familiarity with modern AI development tools such as Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar platforms is highly valued.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, system architecture, integrations, and developer workflows to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with a strong focus on solving real user problems and validating solutions through feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders around product vision and priorities.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, prioritize effectively, and balance long-term vision with rapid iteration.
  • Strong English communication skills for writing, presenting, and influencing across global teams.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation with annual profit-sharing and equity eligibility
  • Remote-first and flexible work culture
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance coverage
  • Annual budget for professional development in technology and skills growth
  • Language learning support (English, Spanish, Portuguese programs)
  • Flexible meal allowance
  • Extended parental leave and childcare assistance
  • Financial support to build your home office setup
  • Wellness programs and employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Free shipping benefits across participating commerce stores
