This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager Pleno based in Brazil.

This role is focused on coordinating technology projects, ensuring successful deliveries through structured planning, governance, and stakeholder management.
The professional will support multiple initiatives, helping teams maintain alignment, deadlines, quality standards, and clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
Working in a technology-driven and collaborative environment, this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex priorities.
The role involves close collaboration with leadership, project teams, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure efficient execution and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, and tracking controls across multiple workstreams and initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress against defined milestones, identifying deviations and escalating risks when necessary.
  • Track dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions through structured RAID controls, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across project documentation and reporting standards.
  • Prepare and facilitate materials for governance meetings, project reviews, and leadership updates.
  • Consolidate project status information, risks, decisions, and next steps for technical and executive audiences.
  • Coordinate communication between stakeholders, technical teams, business areas, and multidisciplinary groups.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions while documenting actions, owners, and decisions.
  • Ensure clear and timely communication regarding project progress, risks, blockers, and resolutions.
  • Maintain centralized documentation repositories, ensuring organization, accessibility, and version control.
  • Standardize project processes, templates, and reporting models.
  • Support audit, compliance, and evidence documentation requirements when needed.
  • Assist in the management of platform evolution, modernization, and upgrade initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within large-scale programs, technology transformation initiatives, or platform modernization projects.
  • Experience monitoring projects, preparing reports, coordinating activities, and supporting delivery governance.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic and multidisciplinary environments.
  • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies, including Agile, hybrid, and traditional approaches.
  • Experience with governance processes, compliance documentation, or audit support is considered a plus.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), or ServiceNow platform upgrade projects is desirable.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, technical teams, leadership, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset, ownership, and ability to proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
