Accountabilities:

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for defining technical direction, ensuring architectural consistency, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions. You will act as a strategic technology partner, balancing business objectives with scalable and secure engineering practices.

  • Define, implement, and govern architecture standards, principles, and best practices across multiple projects and engineering teams.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance, ensuring technology decisions align with business goals and long-term strategy.
  • Lead API-first integration strategies, designing scalable, secure, and efficient connections between enterprise systems.
  • Drive cloud architecture decisions, including Azure-based hosting strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.
  • Promote CI/CD adoption, automation practices, and modern DevOps approaches to improve software delivery processes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
  • Identify architectural risks, ensure compliance with security and quality standards, and promote maintainable system designs.
  • Mentor architects and senior engineers, encouraging technical growth, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Support teams in solving complex technical challenges and making informed architectural decisions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering practices and technology platforms.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced architecture leader with strong software engineering knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, distributed environments.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role such as Architecture Manager, Solutions Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Technical Lead.
  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET and modern software architecture principles.
  • Solid expertise in API integration and API-first design approaches.
  • Experience designing scalable, secure, and distributed systems.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with Azure hosting and cloud-based architecture solutions.
  • Ability to balance technical strategy with business requirements and organizational goals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English proficiency, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural environments.
  • Strong leadership abilities, including mentoring and developing technical professionals.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity, evolving priorities, and complex decision-making processes.
