Your role as an Independent In-Person EAP Provider

Dialogue is looking for independent licensed professionals with an in-person practice in Canada to contribute to our mission of helping people improve their well-being.

As a provider within our EAP network, you will have the opportunity to receive client case referrals as a complement to your current practice. Given that the referrals will be sent based on demand in your area, there is no guaranteed number of referrals.

  • Providing consultations using a short-term, solution and goal-focused approach to various clients consulting for different mental health-related topics
  • Helping clients identify, understand, and overcome personal challenges and achieve their individual objectives
  • Empowering clients to talk openly about their challenges and creating a judgment-free environment
  • Assisting clients in finding external resources complementary to our services (if needed)

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • University degree in a field related to counselling (e.g., psychology, social work, psychoeducation, career counselling, sexology, criminology)
  • A professional license and a valid professional insurance
  • Access to an office in Canada to provide in-person sessions
  • Experience with or an interest in providing short-term counselling
  • Experience providing intervention or coaching services to couples, families, or individuals aged 14 and older (an asset)
  • A good knowledge of community resources (an asset)

What we can offer

  • A complement to your private practice and a way to diversify your clientele
  • Flexibility to accept referrals based on your own schedule
  • Simple case management with our secure online platform and easy payment
  • A caring and responsive support team
  • Exclusive Dialogue benefits throughout the duration of our collaboration
