Live-In Caretaker (Full-Time)
Sullivan Heights, Surrey, BC
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Live-In Caretaker to oversee the daily operations and upkeep of a 60-unit rental building located in Sullivan Heights. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-run property while providing excellent customer service to residents.
Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning of common areas (hallways, lobby, amenity spaces, garbage/recycling rooms, etc.)
• Conduct routine building inspections and report maintenance issues promptly
• Coordinate with property management and contractors for repairs and maintenance work
• Maintain exterior areas, including light landscaping, snow removal, and litter control
• Handle tenant inquiries and assist with move-ins/move-outs
• Monitor building security and enforce property rules as needed
• Oversee waste and recycling management
• Be available for emergency situations (after-hours calls on a rotation or as needed)

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a building caretaker, superintendent, or similar role preferred
• Basic maintenance and cleaning skills required
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
• Must live on-site (suite provided)
