  • Complete recurring administrative and operational activities that support performance marketing workflows.
  • Identify and communicate missing information, inconsistencies, or errors without making strategic campaign decisions.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous requests while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
  • Follow established marketing processes, documentation standards, and team workflows.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in marketing, marketing coordination, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets and basic marketing reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, formatting, and data organization.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and the ability to create clear, professional presentations.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, with a willingness to adopt new technologies.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of paid advertising workflows, campaign tracking, UTMs, and A/B testing is preferred.
  • Experience supporting marketing or performance marketing teams and preparing reports or presentations for stakeholders is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle repetitive, process-driven work accurately and consistently.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently while following established procedures.

Benefits

  • Full-time position.
  • 100% remote work.
  • Opportunity to collaborate with experienced performance marketing professionals.
  • Exposure to multiple established consumer brands and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Professional development opportunities in marketing operations and campaign execution.
  • Collaborative and supportive working environment.
  • Opportunity to build foundational experience in digital marketing, reporting, quality assurance, and campaign operations.
