Pilates Trainer in Windermere, Florida at Country Club Management of Orlando Inc

Isleworth Golf & Country Club is seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and professional 1099 Contracted Pilates Reformer Trainer to join our Fitness team.

This position is ideal for a Pilates trainer who is passionate about movement, client education, and providing a personalized, high-quality Pilates experience. The successful candidate will be committed to helping members improve strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and overall movement through safe and effective Reformer-based programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead private Pilates Reformer sessions tailored to individual client goals and abilities
• Design safe, effective, and engaging Pilates programs for a variety of fitness levels
• Conduct client assessments and monitor progress
• Educate clients on proper form, alignment, breathing, and movement mechanics
• Provide modifications and progressions as appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming Pilates environment
• Build strong relationships with members and encourage long-term client retention
• Provide a professional, personalized, and exceptional member experience
• Collaborate with the Fitness Director to uphold Isleworth's standards and culture
• Follow all applicable club policies and studio procedures

• Current Pilates Reformer certification from a recognized certification program
• Experience teaching private Pilates Reformer sessions preferred
• CPR/AED certification
• Experience working with a variety of fitness levels and populations
• Strong knowledge of movement mechanics, anatomy, and exercise modifications
• Professional, punctual, dependable, and client-focused
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a welcoming and positive experience for Isleworth Members
