Personal Trainer in Windermere, Florida at Country Club Management of Orlando Inc

Isleworth Golf & Country Club is seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and professional 1099 Contracted Personal Trainer to join our Fitness & Spa team.

This position is ideal for a fitness professional who is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through personalized, results-driven training. The successful candidate will provide exceptional one-on-one training while creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience for Isleworth members.

Responsibilities

• Provide private one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual client goals
• Design safe, effective, and engaging workout programs
• Conduct client assessments and establish appropriate training programs
• Track client progress and make programming adjustments as needed
• Educate clients on proper exercise technique, movement mechanics, and injury prevention
• Provide appropriate exercise modifications and progressions
• Build strong client relationships and encourage long-term client retention
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming training environment
• Provide a professional, personalized, and exceptional member experience
• Collaborate with the Fitness Director to uphold Isleworth's standards and culture
• Follow all applicable club policies and training procedures

Qualifications

• Current Personal Training certification from NASM, ACE, ISSA, or an equivalent nationally recognized organization
• CPR/AED certification
• Experience working with a variety of fitness levels and populations
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, movement mechanics, and program design
• Professional, punctual, dependable, and client-focused
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a welcoming and positive experience for Isleworth Members
