JOB SUMMARY:

The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing field operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with company standards. This role involves supervising field teams, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining quality control. The Field Supervisor will act as a key point of contact between the field staff and management, ensuring seamless communication and operational success.

Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Supervise and support field crews, ensuring projects are completed according to specifications and deadlines
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate field employees to enhance performance and maintain quality standards
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to streamline operations and resolve challenges
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, employee performance, and safety incidents
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of company equipment and tools
  • Assist in scheduling labor and allocating resources effectively to meet project demands
  • Enforce company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations on job sites
  • Communicate updates, concerns, and solutions to leadership, providing recommendations for process improvements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within construction, restoration, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of job site operations, safety standards, and quality control
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate field teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and field management software
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
