Job Description

Savi Gurus is currently seeking an IT Desktop Support Analyst to assist with our St. Louis-based client's technical support team. This role will focus on supporting day-to-day troubleshooting, conducting technical knowledge transfer and maintaining clear technical documentation, all aligned with ITIL best practices.

Ideal candidates should have:


  • Experience with workstation patching, endpoint management, and incident resolution workflows
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, ManageEngine, and cloud-based tools/platforms (e.g., Azure, M365)
  • Familiarity with ITSM/ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, EasyVista, or BMC Remedy
  • Ability to document support procedures, write technical guides, and maintain knowledge base content
  • Background in Technical Support and or leading an IT Support Team
  • 4+ years of IT supervision or lead support role
