Accounting & HR Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting & HR Manager to lead our finance and human resources functions. Key Responsibilities:

- - Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities
- - Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses
- - Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
- - Administer employee benefits, performance management, and training programs
- - Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and organizational goals
- - Monitor and improve internal controls to safeguard company assets

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field; CPA or HR certification preferred
- Proven experience in accounting and human resources management, ideally within a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and HR management systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
