Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility

- Support residents with medication management and health monitoring

- Foster a warm, respectful, and engaging environment for residents

- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality care and safety

- Document care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality

Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred but not required

- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid) a plus
