Account Executive - Home Health in Port Charlotte, Florida at Elite Home Health Group INC

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Account Executive to help grow referrals, develop healthcare partnerships, and expand our presence within an assigned territory.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, assisted living communities, rehab facilities, case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
• Identify and develop new referral sources while growing existing accounts.
• Conduct face-to-face visits, facility rounding, presentations, and community networking.
• Educate referral partners on home health services, eligibility, clinical programs, and the referral process.
• Follow up on referrals and opportunities to support timely admissions.
• Collaborate with Intake, Clinical, and Operations teams to provide an excellent referral experience.
• Monitor referral activity, account growth, and market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and sales activity.
• Meet established sales, referral, admission, and census growth goals.

• 8–10 quality sales calls per day
• 2–3 new business development or face-to-face visits per day
• Referral and opportunity follow-up
• Physician and healthcare-provider education
• Facility and community rounding
• Account development and relationship building

Activity expectations may vary based on territory, market conditions, and account mix.

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous healthcare sales, business development, marketing, or account management experience
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and CRM systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory

Preferred:

• Home health, hospice, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital, or assisted living sales experience
• Established healthcare relationships within the local community
• Knowledge of home health referrals and Medicare/Medicaid
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field
