How do we take care of you?

  • Full time, permanent position
  • Benefit program including health, dental (after 1 yr), LTD, RSSP with employer contribution

  • Paid vacation time & personal days

    • What do you need?

  • Licensed Optician with at least 3 years dispensing experience
  • Ability to lead a team to deliver excellent patient service
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • Motivational skills that will energize your team and drive success and meat goals
  • Financial understanding of sales, targets, inventory management and budgets
  • Office 365, PC and iOS skills
  • Be an enthusiastic learner and teacher
  • Ability to reliably commute to Sidney or reside in the area
  • Currently residing in Canada


    • Evening Schedule: Wednesday

    Weekend Schedule: Saturday
