Manager / Optician

in Langley, BC

How do we take care of you?

Full time, permanent position

Benefit program including health, dental (after 1 yr), LTD, RSSP with employer contribution

What do you need?

Licensed Optician with at least 3 years dispensing experience

Ability to lead a team to deliver excellent patient service

Great organizational and time management skills

Motivational skills that will energize your team and drive success and meat goals

Financial understanding of sales, targets, inventory management and budgets

Office 365, PC and iOS skills

Be an enthusiastic learner and teacher

Ability to reliably commute to Sidney or reside in the area

Currently residing in Canada

Evening Schedule: Wednesday

Weekend Schedule: Saturday
