Job descriptions :

Advising patients about proper frame choices and appropriate lens optionsPerforming frame adjustments and repairsPreparing exam rooms, cleaning, and setting up equipmentConducting pre-testing procedures using diagnostic equipmentGreeting patients in a warm and courteous way Responding to large volume of phone calls, emails, and faxesScheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling examinations and appointmentsCollecting contact and health information, and answering patient questions efficientlyInvoicing patients and using point of sale machineSubmitting insurance payments for patientsScanning hard files

    • What do you need?

    • High aptitude with computers
  • Capacity to multitask, strong organization skills and efficient focus
  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to communicate positively with people
  • Comfortable taking and making phone calls
  • Good learning skills
  • High proficiency in English: be able to fluently communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Works well in a team and independently

    • Evening Schedule: No

    Weekend Schedule: Saturday
