Clinic hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Wednesday 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Job descriptions :
Advising patients about proper frame choices and appropriate lens optionsPerforming frame adjustments and repairsPreparing exam rooms, cleaning, and setting up equipmentConducting pre-testing procedures using diagnostic equipmentGreeting patients in a warm and courteous way Responding to large volume of phone calls, emails, and faxesScheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling examinations and appointmentsCollecting contact and health information, and answering patient questions efficientlyInvoicing patients and using point of sale machineSubmitting insurance payments for patientsScanning hard filesHow do we take care of you?
