Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services

- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain high cleanliness and safety standards

- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping team members to promote professional development

- Manage daily staffing schedules and assign tasks to meet occupancy demands

- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linens, and place orders as needed

- Address guest requests and resolve any issues related to cleanliness or service promptly and professionally

- Enforce hotel policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for staff and guests

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or management training is a plus
