      • How assets are tagged and organized
      • How teams access and use assets
  • Ensure teams follow established naming, tagging, and workflow standards
  • Support team adoption of systems and standards
  • Help create consistency across brands and teams

Project Intake & Workflow Ownership

  • Oversee incoming creative requests from intake through delivery
  • Review briefs for completeness and clarity, flag gaps, and ensure all required information is provided before work begins
  • Set up and manage projects in monday.com with clear owners, timelines, and deliverables
  • Maintain monday.com as the source of truth for all active work
  • Track progress and ensure projects move forward without bottlenecks

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a connector between creative, marketing, and product teams
  • Ensure alignment, accountability, and clear communication across stakeholders

Process Optimization & Support
