Overview

Manage project documentation, including submittals and RFI’s, to support efficient.

Responsibilities

• Organize and send product submittals, RFI’s, plans documents and drawings.
• Collaborate with project manager, sales department and design team to understand project scope and follow progress throughout the project duration.
• Track and organize construction drawings and documents.
• Review, track and assist with information requests.
• Review plan submittals, inclusive of material lists, steel erection drawings, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Degree or at minimum two year at an accredited college preferred.
• Minimum of two years previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.
• Excellent computer skills required including a proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
