Our Receiving & Warehouse Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate inventory, efficient organization, and careful handling of our premium meats. We're seeking someone who is reliable, organized, and committed to upholding our high standards of quality and consistency.

Key accountabilities

Receiving, unloading, and warehousing, the finest meats that are destined for hotels, restaurants, and country clubs in Florida and the Caribbean. You will work with a team of 3-5 Associates to conduct these duties in an accurate and timely manner

Specific Duties

● Experience managing teams.

● Checking/scanning in deliveries from our suppliers to ensure that product ordered matches product received.

● Organizing cooler/freezer storage, being mindful of the strategy and goals for efficient warehouse usage.

● Effectively communicating with Warehouse staff, as well as production team to ensure that product for further processing are available for the fabrication room.

● Restocking product from storage racks to picking racks.

● Keeping inventory counts accurate.

Hours

Position will be Sunday through Friday, (approximately) 8pm to 5am

Compensation

Pay for this job is based on experience, though will be competitive for similar positions at other organizations

Qualifications

● At least 5 years of warehouse experience, including at least 2 years of leadership experience within the warehouse team.

● Prompt, daily attendance, combined with strong work ethic.

● Ability to lead a team of 3-4 associates to efficiently perform duties.

● Competency with forklifts, pallet jack, lift trucks and other material handling equipment.

● Ability to lift boxes up to 90lbs.
