If you are detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and motivated by meaningful work with vulnerable populations, this role offers the opportunity to make a real difference every single day.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and triage incoming calls with professionalism and compassion
  • Address patient concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
  • Maintain accurate medical records and protect confidential health information
  • Support clinic operations, including supplies and cross-site assistance as needed
Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare or medical office setting
  • Strong data entry and computer skills and customer service and communication skills
  • A compassionate, respectful approach to working with vulnerable populations
