Our two campuses in Methuen and Haverhill have a total of 320 beds, and we are a full-service, acute care hospital offering comprehensive inpatient medical/surgical units, outpatient care, and 24/7 emergency services. Job Summary:

Booking Secretary needed

Responsibilities:

• Answering multiple telephone calls from physician's; patients; and staff.
• Receive telephone calls from multiple departments and must transfer calls accordingly.
• Data entry of daily changes; verification of charges; reconciliation of charges; other data entry into excel spreadsheets.
• Calling patients, the day before appointments to inform them of their arrival times, schedule meetings for Director and Clinical Leaders.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree in Business or medical field strongly desired.
• Previous medical secretary experience
• Strong computer experience preferred
