Circuit Spring is a growing Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider specializing in Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA), electronic subassemblies, and turnkey manufacturing solutions. We partner with OEM customers across industrial, medical, instrumentation, aerospace, defense, and technology markets to provide high-quality manufacturing solutions.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our presence within the OEM electronics market. The ideal candidate has experience selling products or services into electronics manufacturers, OEMs, contract manufacturers, or related industries and has a track record of building lasting customer relationships that drive revenue growth.

As the Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities with OEMs requiring Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA), box build, and electronic subassembly manufacturing services.

• Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives focused on OEM electronics manufacturers and high-reliability industries.
• Identify, pursue, and close new opportunities for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA), electronic subassemblies, electromechanical assemblies, and related manufacturing services.
• Build relationships with engineering teams, program managers, supply chain professionals, procurement leaders, and executive decision-makers.
• Engage directly with customers to understand technical requirements and align Circuit Spring's manufacturing capabilities with their needs.
• Partner with engineering, quality, estimating, supply chain, and operations teams to develop competitive manufacturing solutions.
• Drive growth within military, medical, industrial controls, instrumentation, OEM electronics, and emerging technology markets.
• Represent Circuit Spring at industry events, trade shows, engineering conferences, and customer facilities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate forecasting through CRM tools.
• Monitor industry trends, market activity, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning within the electronics manufacturing industry.

• 5+ years of business development, account management, outside sales, or related experience within electronics manufacturing, electronic components, industrial automation, contract manufacturing, PCB/PCBA, or related technical industries.
• Demonstrated success developing new business and growing customer relationships within OEM, industrial, medical, aerospace, defense, or technology markets.
• Experience working with engineering, purchasing, supply chain, operations, or manufacturing stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and close new business.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience working within Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA), PCB fabrication, electronic components, connectors, wire harnesses, or electromechanical assemblies.
• Existing relationships within OEM electronics manufacturers, contract manufacturers, engineering firms, or industrial technology companies.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and product lifecycle management.
• Understanding of electronics manufacturing and engineering environments.
