• Provide visionary leadership to define and execute technology strategies that support organizational goals and defense market growth.

The ideal candidate is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in government contracting, defense markets, and enterprise innovation. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive complex technology initiatives across a highly collaborative environment.

• 10+ years of experience in the government contracting (GovCon) or IT market.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex technology solution development and enterprise-level innovation initiatives.
• Strong ability to develop business cases, technical solutions, and proposal artifacts.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their practical applications within defense and government environments.
• Knowledge of IT functions, enterprise technology strategy, and information security best practices.
• Experience managing large budgets and technology investments effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
