The ideal candidate is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in government contracting, defense markets, and enterprise innovation. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive complex technology initiatives across a highly collaborative environment.
- 10+ years of experience in the government contracting (GovCon) or IT market.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex technology solution development and enterprise-level innovation initiatives.
- Strong ability to develop business cases, technical solutions, and proposal artifacts.
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their practical applications within defense and government environments.
- Knowledge of IT functions, enterprise technology strategy, and information security best practices.
- Experience managing large budgets and technology investments effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.

- Advanced degree preferred.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and meet eligibility requirements for a U.S. government security clearance due to the classified nature of the work.
