SOC Analyst-Harrisburg PA-Onsite in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania at INFO ORIGIN INC

We are seeking a Tier I SOC Analyst to join our 24/7 Security Operations Center. In this role, you will monitor security systems, investigate alerts, document incidents, and escalate issues to ensure timely response to security events.

Responsibilities

Monitor and respond to security alerts in a 24/7 environment.

Analyze, classify, document, and escalate incidents.

Follow established incident response procedures and playbooks.

Support network and security incident response activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve monitoring and detection processes.

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or similar role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
